-Add herbs to pot with 3-4 cups of water.
-Boil then remove from heat (You can transfer to a bowl if you dont want to squat over a pot)
-Let water cool enough so the steam is a comfortable temperature for your skin.
-Wear a long dress/skirt or use a blanket/towel to help direct the steam.
-Squat or sit over pot of Yoni herbs for 15-30 mins. (There are also seats and chairs you can purchase for this, research)
